Pickup from the showroom (collection points)

• This is only available for pre-ordered items.
• Once you have received an SMS notification stating that your order is ready and waiting for you in the showroom.



You can place an order:

• via our website at any time that suits you;
• by phone via our sales representative;
• in our showroom — following a consultation with our sales representative.



General information about the showroom:

• In the event of an air raid alert, the showroom will temporarily close and staff will take shelter.
• Orders can be collected during the showroom’s opening hours.

Delivery throughout Ukraine

• Free delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine for orders over UAH 1500 and online payment.
• Delivery fee for orders under 1500 UAH - according to the Nova Post tariffs
• Cash on delivery orders are sent without prepayment.

Nova Poshta

• Free delivery on orders of 1,500 UAH or more when paid in full to our bank account.
• Delivery of orders throughout Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Post company. The order can be stored at the recipient's Nova Post branch for 7 calendar days, after which it will be returned.
• In case of re-shipment or refund for a returned order, transportation costs paid by the Company are deducted from the order amount.
• Address delivery by the Nova Post courier - delivery fee according to the Nova Post tariffs

Ukrposhta

• Delivery fee according to the Ukrposhta tariffs. The order can stored at the recipient's Ukrposhta branch for 7 calendar days, after which it will returned.
• In case of re-shipment or refund for a returned order, the transportation costs paid by the company is deducted from the order amount.
• Orders are sent by 100% prepayment

PrivatBank

• Cash payment (UAH) - only for pickup and courier delivery in Kyiv.

Order delivery worldwide upon 100% payment (except for Russia and Belarus).

No minimum order account. The maximum discount for international shipments is 15%.

• collecting the order in full;
• timely delivery of the order to the place of shipment;
• correct execution of the shipping documents.

• loss of goods in transit by the Ukrposhta transport company;
• delay of shipments by the Ukrposhta transport company;
• order return due to refusal to issue the order by the customs service of the recipient's country.

In this case, after receiving the parcel, the sending company can refund the cost of the order, except for transportation costs, or resend the order at the expense of the recipient.

The customer is responsible for:

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” the goods can be returned within 14 days after purchase.
