After making the payment, pick up your purchases, according to the order
Every 30 days from the date of purchase, deposit the amount of the monthly payment on the card

Just a card. It is not necessary to provide a passport and income certificate. The contract for the client is a check issued to him by the employee of the store.
What cards can be used to pay for purchases using the "Payment in installments" service?
"Payment in installments" is available to holders of the "Universal" card, "Universal Gold" card, elite cards for VIP clients (Platinum, Infinite, World Signia/Elite).
How to increase the service limit?
To increase the limit on the service "Payment by installments" you need to apply to the bank branch and provide a certificate of income.
Are there any additional commissions, insurances, etc.?
In case the monthly payment under the service is debited against credit funds - a fee of 4% of the payment amount is charged for the use of the credit limit. There are no additional commissions, insurances, etc. for the service "Payment by installments".

Does the store have the right to add the amount of insurance in addition to the amount of goods?

"Payment by installments" - you do not pay any commissions, "Instant installment" - the commission for you is 2.9% of the value of the goods when writing off monthly payments.
Is it possible to repay the agreement on "Payment in installments" ahead of schedule?
Yes, you can redeem the contract early in P24 or send an SMS command to 10060 with the text CHASTOFF+XXXXXXXX, where XXXXXX is the last 6 digits of the contract number.
What are the terms of the contract when registering the "Instant installment plan" service in the TCO?
- 10 payments
- The first payment - after one month.
- Service fee - monthly 2.9% of the total payment amount.
- If the payment is debited against credit funds, an additional 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
What happens if the customer clicks the "Pay in one payment" button on the TCO screen?
The client will be able to pay in cash or with his card (one payment). Attention! The contract for "Instant installment" will not be formed.
What happens if the customer clicks the "Pay by installments" button on the TCO screen?
The customer will be able to make payment via the Instant Installment service, a contract will be drawn up and the funds will be sent to the recipient according to the regulations.
How is the "Instant Installment" commission calculated in case of early repayment?
In case of early repayment, 2.9% of the total contract amount will be charged. For example: The contract on "Instant installment" is executed for 10 payments in the amount of UAH 10,000. Upon writing off the third payment an application for early repayment is submitted. In this case the amount of payment will be as follows: balance of debt (UAH 10 000 - 3 * UAH 1 000) + commission 2.9% (UAH 10 000 * 2.9%) = UAH 7 290.
Is it possible to deposit funds in favor of the recipient (trade and service company) in the TCO using the "Instant Installment" service?
Yes, it is possible. The offer screen will appear automatically after filling in the payment details.
If the payer selects the payment option "Instant Installment" in the TCO, will the recipient be credited with the entire amount or only a part?
The entire amount will be credited to the beneficiary from the bank at once, and the payer then returns the funds to the bank. The amount is debited from his card in equal monthly installments.
How to choose a payment method in a self-service terminal (TSO) using the "Instant installment" service?
The payment method will be offered automatically if an Instant Installment Plan is available to the customer.
